I’m not exactly sure how you know that China’s involved, many of the bootlegs on our streets are home grown. But, to help you avoid buying stolen merchandise in the future, in general a movie is released on DVD after it’s left theatres. If you can still watch it on a big screen, then the DVD is likely pirated. Just to help!

And the FBI can be contacted at http://www.FBI.gov. They really do respond, I reported something similarly minor on their website a few weeks ago, and they got back to me within a week.

The phone book should have numbers for your local offices for the FBI.

Contact your local FBI and see what they have to say. 9 out of 10 times they will blow it off. Ebay is telling you … send it back and get the refund. FBI has more and higher things to do then go after the bootlegging DVD makers.

If you really want to blow the whistle; contact the director, the film writer, and those that were involved in the movie. They will go after the person(s).

Go to http://www.fbi.gov then under ‘contact us’, click on ‘your local FBI office’.
